Tahu fermentasi merah, atau juga biasa disebut tahu keju atau nam yue, biasanya digunakan dalam masakan Chinese sebagai bumbu marinasi, saus atau olahan daging rebusan. Tahu fermentasi merah ini terbuat dari tahu, arak, angkak, garam, dan bahan lainnya. Rasa asin, agak cheesy, dan agak manis. Yuk kita masak samcan kecap dengan tahu fermentasi merah. dijamin ketagihan.
Bahan Bahan
500 gr samcan
1 sdm kaldu jamur
1 sdt lada putih
3 sdm minyak sayur
1.5 sdm kecap asin
1.5 sdm kecap manis
1 ltr air
Bumbu halus marinasi
5 siung bawang putih
2 ruas jahe
1 sdt taoco
1 sdm shaoxing wine atau arak masak
1 sdm kecap asin
1 sdm minyak wijen
3 sdm kecap manis
1 potong tahu merah
