In this third video on the series, I’m going to talk about the impact two extended fasts had on my Long Covid symptoms and how I’m doing now. I’ll address both the subjective improvements as well as some of the before and after bloodwork. I’ll be discussing which of the symptomatic improvement might be attributed to MCAS, dysautonomia or neuroinflammation.
*Important note*
Social media is abound with stories of long haulers who have crashed hard when attempting to fast. Don’t be one of them: consult your doctor first if you want to try it. Or do it under medical supervision at an expert clinic (like I did).
*lecture over*
*Important note 2*:
I have no conflicts of interest in talking about this subject. See video 2 @1'35"
