What is a Prioritising Mechanical Multiplexer?

I thought I'd redesign it now and ask for your help in deciding what we can use it for. This is a Prioritising Mechanical Multiplexer which allows us to use one large drive motor to control multiple outputs, and prioritise which outputs we solve first based on the inputs.
