Three Broken Briggs Vanguard Generators. Will They Run and Make Power Again?

Last year I picked up a NorthStar generator for only $100. It ran great and made power, but we later found out it was only running on one cylinder. The engine was a total loss. Thanks to two subscribers, both named Dana, we have two Briggs Vanguard donor engines on generators that are no longer making power. Before removing the engines, lets see why the stopped making power. Maybe its an easy fix. Harbor Freight changed the recipe. The bottle previously stated "NON-CORROSIVE". Now it says "CORROSIVE", "do not user on Aluminum". It now damages most carburetors.
