Over the past 7 months, I've grown my pec muscles tremendously and it’s all from minor adjustments in my form…
For example, I’m sure you’ve heard everyone, even myself say "Keep your elbow at around 45 degrees during your pressing movements".. that’s wrong
Also if you’re someone whose shoulders constantly jump in it’s not that your anterior delts are so dominant, they probably suck too…. It’s a postural issue that you can quickly fix….
