Sable Shader

I've recently discovered a shader that does this much more efficiently and it's really cheap : https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/vfx/shaders/fullscreen-camera-effects/artistic-one-bit-216000 It allows you to get aesthetics from games like Sable, Return of the Obra Dinn etc.
