Orange chicken was made famous across the US and the world by panda express. The chef that invented it (Andy Kho) used inspiration from the Hunan Province in China and went on the create this dish we have today. There are a few ways to make orange chicken and this recipe is just one, we have shown you a version before in past videos and that is also the version that appears in our second cookbook "part:Duex" the version we're showing today is a less orange tasting version, but I left the link to the 1st version below so you can see for yourself. Also in this video we're showing you how we'd make a fried rice straight from the rice cooker, like they do in the States Chinese takeout's.
