#overgrown #cleared #cleanup During one of our trips, we found an abandoned house and we decided to clean it after hearing from the neighbors that it was the house of a grandmother who had been living there for a long time and had passed away. The grandmother had decided to leave the house to live with relatives in another province. The house had been foreclosed by the bank because the grandmother had no money to pay the debt and all the furniture inside had been stolen. The neighbors were very worried about the house and were afraid because it was covered in grass. We decided to offer to clean it for free. A few neighbors stopped us and told us it was a crazy idea. However, some neighbors were very supportive of our cleaning. With this initiative, we hoped that the house would look clean again and would not be scary to pass by. Despite some backlash, we decided to continue with the project until it was successful. When we looked at the house, it had a large yard. We cut off all the grass to make it look original and safe.
