The owner decided to sell it to her because the house had been abandoned for many years. So she sold it for below market price. We spent a day cleaning the house. The front yard was full of weeds growing in front of the house. The side of the house was full of vines that grew everywhere. We cut the grass, pulled out the vines so that they looked clean. There was a spider web in the house. The vines were climbing up the walls of the house. We cleaned it completely and used a vacuum cleaner to clean it. We also washed it so that it looked clean and not scary. After we finished cleaning, the lady offered us 100 dollars, but we refused this request because we did it for free.
