In this video, I’ll walk you through a live build of a simple Voice AI Customer Satisfaction Survey system using Vapi, Make.com, Google Sheets, and Gmail. If you're new to voice AI or just getting started with Vapi, this tutorial is perfect for you. I’ll show you how to connect Vapi with Google Sheets to log survey responses and use Gmail to send automated follow-up emails based on customer feedback — all without needing any prior experience. The AI workflow starts with Vapi making a post-service call to the customer. Based on the customer's response, the AI either schedules a callback, logs a "not interested" response, or proceeds with a short feedback survey. The responses are added to Google Sheets in real time. If the feedback is positive, an automatic email is triggered asking for a Google Review. If the feedback is negative, an escalation email is sent to the support team for follow-up.
