Turning an Abandoned Bus into a Cozy Shelter | DIY Sink, Fire & Rainy Evening
I returned to the old abandoned bus deep in the wild — a project I’ve been slowly turning into a warm and welcoming shelter for future travelers.
So far, I’ve installed windows, built a door, added a bed, table, wooden floors, and a stove. This time, I crafted a rustic sink and wash station out of an old canister — and it turned out incredibly atmospheric and functional.
As the rain gently falls outside, I light the stove, cook flatbreads over the fire, and enjoy a peaceful evening inside this unique little hideout.
The bus is becoming more than just shelter — it's starting to feel like home.
