The two digit number within the red cage in each coloured region is the sum total of all the digits in that region. Eg If r1c4 is a 5 and r1c5 is a 6 then all of the digits in the red area must sum to 56. Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in that arrow’s circle. A cell containing a grey opaque circle (without an arrow) contains an odd digit.
