This Normal Sudoku Line Is Very STRANGE!

This is an extremely surprising puzzle - at least it was to us. The logic is weird and very original - and leaves you wondering 'How?!'. Neighbouring digits along a green line differ by at least 5 or more. Along a thermometer, digits increase from the bulb end.
