材料: Ingredients:
一块 五花肉 - 1 Pork Belly
1公斤鸡脚 - 1kg chicken feet
8朵香菇 (浸泡1个小时) - 8 Shiitake mushrooms (Soak for one hours)
1粒 蒜米 - 1 pcs garlic
少许 鸡油 - dash of chicken fat
一块 椰糖 - 1 Palm sugar
8 条辣椒干 - 8 pcs Dried chili
½ 茶匙 五香粉 - ½ tsp five spice powder
两朵 八角 - 2star anise (bunga lawang)
1条 桂皮 - 1 Cinnamon
20粒 花椒 - 20 pcs Sichuan peppercorn
1 汤匙 鲍鱼汁 - 1 tbsp Abalone Sauce
少许 酱油/老抽 - dash of soy sauce
少许 黑酱油/老抽 - dash of black soy sauce
少许盐 - dash of salt
2 汤匙 花雕酒 - 2 tbsp Huadiao wine
两汤匙 李顺兴素蚝油 - 2 tbsp Lee Shun Hing Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
1片 月桂葉/香叶 - 1 Bay Leaf
中火煮45~ 60分钟 - Cook on medium heat for 45~ 60 minutes
