SOURDOUGH Bread Scoring Full Tutorial / Christmas Snowflake Score

Let's try a 6-prong snowflake score on a boule! All that's needed for this score are dental floss, a UFO lame, and something with a pointy end to poke little holes. If you try this, I'd love to know how it came out! This loaf is: 400g King Arthur bread flour 100g Bob's Red Mill whole wheat flour 375g water 200g whole wheat starter 12g salt Dutch oven heated, lid off, to 500°F. Scored dough placed in the hot Dutch oven, covered with lid, and oven temperature lowered to 425°F. Baked 40 minutes, lid removed, and browned another 20 minutes.
