Rising Film Cost... Can I get to trust Fomapan 120 Film?

I can only see it increasing in price as the film community continues to grow. So, recently with my regular order I grabbed a couple of rolls of Fomapan 200, just to see if I like it over my usual Ilford FP4. If so I can make a small saving. It wasn’t to be. Fomapan still appear to have emulsion problems with thier 120 film as I have experienced before. If it wasn’t for that then Fomapan could be worth shooting over FP4. I liked the totality. In this video I also mix some Ilford ID-11. I used De-Ionised water for my powder developer. It’s not so easy to get distilled water where I live, but I’ve never had any issue with deionised water but I have with tap water but only now and again. Our water isn’t too hard here. I ended up shooting both rolls of Fomapan 200 in this video as I needed to see if the issue lied with my process or the film. I also used my process with another brand film and got no issues.
