Renovating what we can & eating off the land

We’re rising to the challenge on our off grid homestead this week! Our major cottage renovation might be at a standstill but we are doing what we can: starting to give our tiny caravan home a mini makeover, eating off the land - and doing it well, despite it being winter! - and fixing what we can. We’re not ones to be defeated by weather, mishaps or hold-ups!
