Three years ago we bought an abandoned Irish cottage in County Kerry which has become our mid-life renovation project. Nestled within a spruce forest and with 6 acres of land, it’s our dream homestead. With the help of the Vacant Property Grant and by pooling our own resources we are currently balancing life between the UK and Ireland. It’s not going to happen overnight, but making this 3 year recap video has helped us see how far we’ve come, and we’re feeling pleased and positive about the future.
