Potting up a Phalaenopsis Keiki // Separating a baby Orchid from its Mother!

I've taken in this No ID phalaenopsis to separate as phalaenopsis spike keiki (baby plant) from it's mother and potting them up separately. It's obvious that this keiki is literally draining the life out of the mother plant, so if we don't separate them, we will likely lose the mum. This may be the perfect opportunity to propagate this orchid and create 2 plants from one.
