MakerBot Replicator 2 Squeaking and Not Extruding Fixed w/ Routine Maintenance

MakerBot recommends doing routine maintenance after 50 hours of print time. I'm currently at 45 hours and both my X-axis idler pulley and Z-axis threaded rod are squeaking. In addition I'm having a large amount of extrusion failures. This video shows how to lubricate your rods and clean your extruder drive gear. After doing these two basic maintenance steps my Replicator 2 is no longer squeaking and is doing a better job of extruding PLA (not perfect though). I mention in the video that I'm going to upgrade my extruder.
