1400 grams all purpose flour
2 cup salted butter
2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons sugar ( you won't taste this in the chips. Just an enhancer)
2 teaspoons grated nutmeg
2 tablespoons blended onions
2 cup water
Oil for deep frying
Ingredients for coated peanuts:
4 lb raw shelled peanuts
1.5 cups all purpose flour
1.5 cups water
1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons evaporated milk
1.5 teaspoon salt (plus 1 tablespoon for brine to soak peanuts in)
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
3 eggs
