Logic Pro: How to Create ShaperBox-Style Breakpoint Envelope Shaping

This week, I’m using CableGuys’ ShaperBox 3 for inspiration, to see whether I can emulate its brilliance and sound-shaping potential by creating a series of Automated break-point envelopes. Having made these, I can copy and convert them to relevant parameters for a series of Auxiliary treatments, letting Volume, Saturation Drive and Pan values vary in steps, ramps and by using curves. Remember, you could just as easily apply everything I’m doing here to Insert effects rather than to Auxiliary FX treatments; this would make each part of the process even more direct and extreme. Rather brilliantly, some random stuff is going to come up too - unexpectedly.
