Wishing you a bright and joyful Easter filled with peace and warmth! 🍩 Recipe for Easter cake Kraffin INGREDIENTS. For the dough (yeast activation) Warm milk - 80ML. Sugar - 1 tbsp. Pressed yeast -20g Flour - 2 tbsp. Dough: Egg -pcs. + 2 yolks Orange juice 2 tbsp. Butter -40 g Sugar -100 g Zest of one orange Flour 350-400 grams (I used 380 grams) For the filling: Raisins -120 g.
