I wanted to create a table with more automated and progressive features than I've seen before. So I made the 'Kynosys Work Table'. It is always a difficult challenge that is close to adventure to compete by creating new works in areas where basic forms are assumed. I'm willing to jump into those adventures and create new things. In this work, I will show you a lot of new skills that you can refer to. The worktable is a basic workstation that is essential for all carpenters. A lot of people have made this in various forms. A clamp is used to hold the board by drilling a hole in the top plate, or a large vice is installed on the side to allow the large board to be secured. We sometimes have things on the top that are easy to use, like a plunger saw or a circular saw. The Kynosys Work Table, which I made with my nickname, fixes the boards in a very new way that you've never seen before. Using an air cylinder, the board can be held firmly without any force. Three vertical vise are installed only on the top plate so that the boards can be fixed in various directions. And the large vise on the side is made to be comfortable with the full plywood size and the very long parts. You'll be able to do a lot of different things in my future videos. Also, while installing the switch directly on the moving vise, I used a new method that didn't require any wires. I think I made this part for the first time in the world. It's a new technology that you'll be using a lot in the future. It's kind of an invention. But I'm willing to reveal it for you. I hope a lot of people can refer to this and make great works. Please pay attention to how to make the inner frame and how to make the bridge and the top plate and maintain the strength with only birch plywood in order to have the solidity of the top plate as I make the worktable. You'll see that plywood alone is enough to create a solid worktable. This is pretty important, and I think it's an opportunity to change the stereotype that a solid worktable should be made of hard timber. The idea of making a wooden worktable using large equipment has hindered many people from making it comfortable. I think it's been a kind of barrier to entry for people who are just starting woodworking. A total of five videos will be uploaded. 1. The process of building a bridge and constructing the framework of the top plate 2. The process of installing an air cylinder and installing an electrical device for its operation 3. The process of finishing the vise on the top and making a large vise on the side 4. A short video summarizing the whole process 5. A pretty long video of the whole process This video is the first one. #DIY #Worktable #Woodworking
