I MASTERED the Full Splits After Failing The 30 Day Challenge!
After seeing many videos on YouTube of other people learning the full splits in 30 days I decided to give it a shot. With my discipline and dedication, I thought if I just followed what others did I’d be able to achieve the same split results in 30 days. Well… It didn’t take 30 days, and after over 100 days I almost even gave up until I hired someone to help me finish the challenge. I include all of the steps on how I gained the full splits and enabled create hip functionality.
