Welcome back to Dewy del Mar, our realistic North American city in Cities Skylines 2. Today is all about building a TON of new housing to fight homelessness. We're creating a new district by the old train yards, a public housing project by the river, and rethinking our highway infrastructure for the whole area. By the end of this, DDM will have 3000 new homes, and STILL we'll have a homelessness crisis.
