A Realistic American Suburb in Cities Skylines 2 | DDM #30

Welcome back to Dewy del Mar, our realistic North American city in Cities Skylines 2. Today we're building an American suburb complete with shopping centers, auto dealerships, single family housing, and plenty of gas stations. The goal here was to A) fight homelessness, B) expand the scale of the city, C) practice suburban builds since they're part of city life, and D) make traffic worse so we can justify a transit episode :) Indeed, I had planned to do a transit makeover but turns out, after deleting all my bus routes, nothing changed with traffic flow! So figured we should expand first.
