How to start a consulting career in Continuous Improvement

After watching several of my videos, somebody asked me how to get into CI consultancy... Since simply putting that title on your LinkedIn is probably not the answer you're looking for, let's do a video on common early and mid-career Continuous Improvement paths. The main take-away is that you shouldn't worry about following a strict path too much: Starting out your career with a consultancy agency is certainly possible, but CI, 6 Sigma, Lean, TPM are all skills that can become important (and thus provide a good learning opportunity) at some point during any operational career; and changing into CI consultancy is equally possible early, mid and late career (without much effect on salary levels).
