How to setup a Nexus Repository to cache Chocolatey Packages locally

In this video, I show how you can setup Chocolatey to use a local Nexus Repository (configured to act as a proxy for chocolatey.org). https://www.sonatype.com/nexus-repository-oss This is as simple as doing choco install nexus-repository and then adding some configuration to both Nexus and Chocolatey, all of which is shown in the video.
