How to setup an Artifactory Repository to cache Chocolatey packages locally

In this video, I show how you can setup Chocolatey to use a local Artifactory Repository (configured to act as a proxy for chocolatey.org). https://jfrog.com/artifactory/ This is as simple as doing choco install artifactory-pro and then adding some configuration to both Artifactory and Chocolatey, all of which is shown in the video.
