Baking sourdough bread in a loaf pan is so easy! In this video, I'll show you how I like to do it. This is perfect for those who prefer a more classic loaf shape. It's also ideal if you don't want to invest in special equipment, like bannetons or a Dutch oven.
Ingredients:
300g water (use 20-30g more water if you are using a more popular bread flour, like King Arthur)
100g starter
500g Caputo Americana 00 flour
10g salt
