How to Make Cosplay Shin Armor - Free Templates - Superhero Foam Leg Armor Aliens Colonial Marines

I'm a huge fan of the Colonial Marines in Aliens, and with the Alien Romulus movie coming out this is the perfect time to work on my USCM costume! I always thought it was some of the coolest scifi armor ever created and now I want to make a set of my own! In this video I show how to craft some cosplay shin armor out of eva foam. Even though this video is specifically for the Marines leg armor you could definately modify the templates for a bunch of different superheroes and villians. All of the armor is made out of eva foam so it is extremely lightweight and takes paint really well. The video also includes Free foam PDF templates if you would like to make a set yourself!
