Well you've come to the right place. Notion just recently launched Notion Mail but so far without a deep integration with the main tool. Which means that there is still no built-in way to see your emails in the Notion database and connect it to the rest of your system. Just because there's no prebuilt functionality, doesn't mean we can't easily create this ourselves. In this video I'm going to show you exactly how. First you learn the super simple beginner setup to send emails to Notion. Your emails will show up in the database together with the title and content, so you can easily organise and process them. Then we take things one step further by automatically processing only selected emails and adding the option to extract attachments from the email. Just like emails, the attachments will automatically be saved in a Notion database, connected to the email, so that you can easily integrate it into the rest of your workflow. To take the system to the next level, we add AI into the mix and learn how you can use a simple flow to automatically extract all tasks from an email. Last but not least, we integrate the email-to-Notion system with our CRM and learn how we can easily link emails to a specific contact - or create a new one, if we messaged them for the first time.
