I love raffello, I love coconut and almond, so I it would be a fun challenge to turn it into a cake. From inside and out, this cake is truly a manifestation of the classic Raffello turned into an entremet cake! Because this cake showcases coconut and almond as the main flavors, it has creamy and crunchy textures, a fully white cake design and even whole Raffaello balls hidden inside!
