Here's where I am three weeks after open heart surgery. I am updating everyone on my physical condition, sleep, and recovery. I also discuss some aspects of my hospital stay. This is (it HAS TO BE) a very slow and deliberate process. The soreness, discomfort, and resulting fatigue are all part of the extensive path toward healing and recovery.
