This is my full brand identity design process from start to finish that I follow when designing and creating a brand for brand design, logo design and graphic design freelance clients in my business. This is not a real company – I created the brand simply to show how to create beautiful and simple branding for this branding and identity design video for design beginners and graphic design students. For the this company brand identity design project, I do primary research and create a brand strategy for the company, I analyse and breakdown their target audience, target market – and do a competitor analysis, design a primary logo, design a secondary logo, design a submark logo and create a logo icon, create a landscape horizontal logo version that caters for responsive web design and different screen sizes, source and create harmonious brand colours using a simple tip (how to use the inkdrop tool on your moodboard and colour guide in Adobe illustrator), decide on a photography style moodboard, create a brand pattern, think of a brand icon and lastly, create beautiful packaging design for their product: herbs and spices.
