Elon Musk has defended the controversial reforms that he is imposing on US government departments. Answering questions in the Oval Office, Mr Musk denied he was engaged in a "hostile takeover" of government in a non-transparent way. "I don't know of a case where an organisation has been more transparent," he told reporters.
