Crackers:
200g lentils
2 garlic cloves
Turmeric, smoked paprika, cumin — to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper — to taste
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp black and white sesame seed mix
Dip:
200ml coconut milk
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt, black pepper, dried garlic — to taste
1 tsp starch dissolved in 1 tbsp water

✅ After soaking, rinse the lentils well to remove foam and improve the taste
✅ Add your favorite spices or dried herbs to the dough – rosemary, garlic, smoked paprika, turmeric
✅ For the dip, use coconut milk with 15–17% fat for a rich, creamy texture
