📋 INGREDIENTS:
(serves 2-3):
For the lentil balls:
• 100g brown or green lentils (½ cup)
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 2 tbsp oatmeal
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• Salt, pepper
• 2 tbsp flour or breadcrumbs
• Oil for frying
For the tomato sauce:
• 1 can of diced tomatoes (400g / 14oz)
• 1 small onion, diced
• 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
• 1 tsp Italian herbs
• 1 tsp sugar
• Salt, pepper
• Fresh basil (optional)
Also:
• Spaghetti (approx. 250 g / 9 oz)
• Vegan Parmesan cheese (optional)
