"American shunters" ,Merehead and Whatley Quarries ,Somerset, 05/02/2025

Something a bit different ,After a morning out watching the 66s working trains through Fairwood Junction I made a slight detour home via the Quarries to see what goes on . A bit tricky for filming in some places as the lorries and works traffic is constant and you have to be in a place of safety which means filming behind barriers which could lift at anytime so all filming done hand held so excuse any slight wobbles .Very interesting to watch and film here and the sounds the shunters make are Awesome.
