130lbs Stone Bow - full making process
Stone bows or pellet bows were used for hunting birds and rabbits in the late medieval and renaissance and they shoot clay pellets or lead shot.
They are great for sport shooting, messing in the garden or woods and of course hunting and to do that they are powerful (enough) and very accurate, and the ammunition is cheap so it doesn't matter if the shot gets lost. Perfect! And in this film I go through the whole making process so you can watch it come from base materials to a finished piece.
