制作步骤:
和面
将250克面粉倒入盆中,分次加入150克温水(50-60℃),边倒边搅拌成絮状。
加入适量植物油,揉成偏软光滑的面团,盖上保鲜膜静置30分钟。
调制芝麻酱
碗中放入40克芝麻酱、2克五香粉和2克盐,搅拌均匀。
如果芝麻酱较稠,可适量加入植物油,调制成顺滑的糊状。
制作烧饼生坯
案板上刷油,将醒好的面团擀成薄面皮,均匀涂抹芝麻酱。
从一端卷起面皮,边卷边轻轻抻拉,卷成长条后揪成小剂子。
取一个小剂子,两端对折捏紧,整理成圆形面团。
将面团先蘸酱油,再蘸白芝麻。
烤制
将蘸好芝麻的面团擀成1厘米厚的小饼,放入烤盘。
烤箱预热180℃,烤制20分钟左右,至表面金黄即可。

Dough
Flour: 250g

Steps:
Knead the Dough
Pour 250g of flour into a bowl, gradually add 150g of warm water (50-60℃), and stir into a flaky mixture.
Add a suitable amount of vegetable oil, knead into a soft and smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for 30
minutes.
Prepare the Sesame Paste Filling
In a bowl, mix 40g of sesame paste, 2g of five-spice powder, and 2g of salt until well combined.
If the sesame paste is too thick, add a small amount of vegetable oil to achieve a smooth paste.
Shape the Pancakes
Brush oil on a work surface, roll out the rested dough into a thin sheet, and evenly spread the sesame paste filling.
Roll up the dough from one end, gently stretching it as you go, then divide it into small portions.
Take one portion, fold and pinch the ends together, and shape it into a round ball.
Dip the dough ball in soy sauce, then coat it with white sesame seeds.
Bake
Roll the sesame-coated dough into a 1cm-thick pancake and place it on a baking tray.
Preheat the oven to 180℃ and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the surface turns golden brown.
