ZVE10 vs ZVE10ii - is it Better Enough to Spend Hundreds More?

This is a direct comparison between the Sony ZVE10 and the Sony ZVE10ii. I do think the mkii of this camera is an improvement, definitely, but in this video Im trying to determine if it's enough of an improvement to spend several hundred extra dollars on the new one. It recognizes when you turn the camera vertical and changes the menu placement. It Shoots in 4k 60fps. It can take advantage of the HAVC-HS H.265 Video format to save card space.
