That part alone saved $5400.00 from him having to pay us to do it. In addition to that he installed the 2" rigid foam and mat of rebar which was another savings of around $3500.00. Then, because he's a heating and plumbing contractor by trade, he could install the wire mesh and radiant heating tubes without having to hire someone to do that.
