As an example, this is one of my favorite plan sets - after reviewing hundreds of em (and trust me there were some stinkers) I’m going to show you the special qualities that differentiate it from the others and make it truly great… But it’s not all sunshine and rainbows (peaches and cream, rainbows and unicorns) – for example, see this tiny note where it says Energy Code for Climate Zone 12? That one little number might seem like a trivial detail to you, but it can drastically increase the cost of your ADU, and/or lead to big unnecessary revisions with knock on effects for your whole project Plan sets like this have hundreds of seemingly minute details like the climate zone.
