Let's debunk the sourdough thought that you must treat your sourdough starter like a baby, feeding it everyday in order to be a sourdough baker!
Your sourdough starter does not have to rule your schedule in order for you to enjoy making sourdough goodness. I've been testing this out for the last couple years and seriously it changed my ideas about sourdough when I realized I could keep the starter in the fridge and ONLY take it out when I had time to bake.
Sure there are sourdough purists that will disagree BUT here's what I know, it's better to bake healthy homemade bread when it works for me than not at all!
Hit me with all of the questions, I'm recording sourdough videos each week that I pull our starter out. Lots more fun to come as we make loaves of bread together and pizza dough for Friday night ALL with only 1 day of sourdough mixing, stretching and folding a weekI
