Work preferences: Getting started with Bubble (Lesson 6.3)

Section 6 (Lesson 3/9): In this lesson, you’ll learn about state lists. We’ll create functionality that allows a candidate to check or uncheck a selection for work preferences and then save the final selection to a database field. Key aspects include: • State lists: Learn to create and manipulate state lists that allow users to toggle preferences like job types and locations. • Workflow conditionality: We’ll use a single icon to run 2 different workflows — one that adds to a list and another that subtracts from a list. • User feedback: We’ll use our state list to conditionally change our “uncheck” icon to a green “check” icon.
