Woodturning - Surprising Result from Plywood Offcuts

Here's another piece for the weird sphere collection!! I removed some old cupboards from my van which were made from Birch ply, so rather than just throw it out I thought I would make something. I wasn't really sure how this would turn out but thought it would be interesting with all the different layers from the ply. I'm not sure what happened to the resin as it seemed to change from a nice lavender colour to a rather boring grey!! but overall I was pleased how it turned out..
