When I spoke to the tenant that lives here, he was concerned about an upcoming end of lease inspection and wanted to get the place into shape. I said we could help, but it was going to be expensive, due to the size of the property. In the end, we came to a fair arrangement and the customer got a cleanup and hopefully passed the inspection, and we got some good content. All up, this job took 2 of around 7.5 hours to complete, and we took out a very full trailer of green waste, bricks, and rubbish. This is part 1 of 2. A: I'm not cutting too close to my workers, they are standing too close to where I am working! All of my workers have been told numerous times about standing too close to the tools and about the hazards involved! Q: Why do your workers do all the lifting and carrying? A: Basically, they are employed to carry things and I pay them well, to do the job required. Q: You work so well together, how do you do it? A: That's the magic of editing.
