Both projects feature a Batman villain, and are sequels to successful movies from the Batman universe, but one is a total success while the other is an absolute flop. The Penguin is breaking viewership records, and is already considered one of the best superhero series of all time, while nobody is going to see Joker 2, and the few who did say it’s hot garbage.
